Henning Fischer (26) currently studies history, political sciences and the history and society of South Asia at Humboldt University, Berlin, Germany. In the near future, he will complete his studies with a final thesis about the German discourse on National-Socialism and the Shoah since 1990. He is especially interested in critical theories of society, Walter Benjamin's philosophy of history and the cultural and economic consequences of colonialism. In the winter of 2006, he enjoyed an awesome seminar on gender and identity in Poland, held by Pawel Leszkowicz. After finishing his studies, he'll become a special needs assistant.
