Katarzyna Michalczak

Katarzyna Michalczak – a sociologist and a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw. She is conducting research on present-day open nonmonogamous choices in Poland. Her academic interests focus on gender and raising children, feminist theories and practice, non-normative sexualities, queer theory. In 2012 she cocoordinated the conference 'Non-Normative Family Practices,' held in Warsaw.
